The world's No. 1 Most Powerful Woman for the second year in a row, German Chancellor Angela Merkel is the "Iron Lady" of Europe and the lead player in the Euro-zone economic drama that continues to threaten global markets. As Greece, Spain, Italy and Portugal have teetered on the brink of an economic collapse, she has vowed to do everything in her power to preserve the 17-country EU.
Merkel also called on international leaders to renew the Kyoto agreement, a commitment to reduce greenhouse gases that she helped ratify as Germany's environmental minister in the 1990s. She has been chancellor since 2005, and her recent public approval ratings soared to near 70%--a good sign leading into the general election in the fall of 2013.
Merkel is embracing the Internet, and last fall launched a YouTube channel, Die Bundesregierung, where she directly answers citizens' questions.

Today we will discuss of how to find happiness in love.
Most of us think saying I LOVE YOU is enough. The truth is you have a lot and more things to do to be happy in your relationship. Happiness in relationships needs the effort of both, a man and a woman. Try these tips in your relationship and see how happy you will be:
  1. Communicate openly and often with your partner. The two of you should have a time for each other and listen to what she/he has to say. Tell him/her your plans and listen to his/her opinion about the opinions given.  This will show the value each other in your relationship.
  2. Show your compassion towards him/her. Here a sentence like, i feel what you feel helps. Give him/her hope when he is desperate. Show him/her that he can count on you in good or bad times. Tell him/her that it will be over soon, i love you.
  3. Be honest with your partner. Tell him/her of everything wrong or right and ask for forgiveness when your wrong. They might not forgive right away but they will be happier you did not lie. This will make someone feel special.
  4. Make plans to go on trips which both of you will enjoy. Visit different places and take many pictures.this will help both of you when lonely or the other is a bit far away.also take a walk together and see something new together.
  5. Show faith in your partner. Congratulate him/her and show that you trust in his/her judgment and decisions.
They are five only but they are the keys to happiness in a relationship. Keep following them and always be creative in your relationship. Find amusing and interesting things to do with your partner. Do not make him/her regret being with you instead let him/her love you even more. Communication is among the best of the five.

Some companies block social networks altogether, arguing that they are a personal distraction to employees. There are some companies which are a little more forgiving and allow access to social networks during personal time or on personal devices like smartphones and tablets.
Some companies allow full access, believing that their workers can make adult decisions about using their time and that procrastination-prone workers can always find a way to distract themselves even if they only have a box of paperclips to work with.
Let us hear from you, does your employer allows you to use social network while at work? Give your opinion.

ARE YOU ALLOWED TO USE SOCIAL NETWORK AT WORK

Regular intake of water is essential for maintaining good health
Most of us know that up to seventy per cent of the total body weight is due to water. Although it is present in all parts of the body, it is more present in organs such as lungs and brain and fluids such as blood, lymph, saliva and secretions by the organs of the digestive system. The common belief is that we feel thirsty only when our body needs water. While this is true, recent research studies have indicated that there are several other indicators of inadequate water in some or all parts of the body. Ignoring these indicators can lead to several major diseases.
Most of us spend a lot of our working hours in air-conditioned environment so naturally we don't feel thirsty but that does not mean that our body does not need water. Lack of water can lead to fatigue too. So, for your glowing health, drink enough water.

Importance of water for maintaining normal health:
Just as water helps a seed grow into a tree, it also helps our body. The flow of water inside and outside the cells generates energy. This energy is stored in body along with other chemical sources of energy in the body. The energy generated by the water in the cells helps transmit impulses in the nerves. Water content in the body influences the functions of the various proteins and enzymes that are dissolved in it.

Water helps maintain the moisture of the lining of the internal organs of the body. It maintains normal volume and consistency of fluids such as blood and lymph. It regulates body temperature.
It removes 'toxins' from the body
Water is essential for regulating the normal structure and functions of the skin. The body loses about four litres of water every day. It is, therefore, necessary to replenish this volume by drinking at least the equivalent amount of water every day. Inadequate intake of water can lead to dehydration.

Stay away from Anger..
It hurts .. Only You!

If you are right then there is no need to get angry,
And if you are wrong then you don't have any right to get angry.

Patience with family is love, Patience with others is respect,
Patience with self is confidence and Patience with GOD is faith.

Never Think Hard about the PAST, It brings Tears
Don't think more about the FUTURE, It brings Fear
Live this Moment with a Smile, It brings Cheer. ?

Every test in our life makes us bitter or better,
Every problem comes to make us or break us,

The choice is ours whether we become victims or victorious. (:
Search for a beautiful heart not a beautiful face,
Beautiful things are not always good but good things are always beautiful.

Do you know why God created gaps between fingers?
So that someone who is special to you comes and fills those gaps by holding your hand forever. ?

Never forget this advice! Happiness keeps You Sweet,
Trials keep You Strong,  Sorrows keep You Human,
Failures keeps You Humble, Success keeps You Glow and keeps You Going!

ANGER HAS NO PLACE IN YOUR LIFE

Stay away from Anger..
It hurts .. Only You!

If you are right then there is no need to get angry,
And if you are wrong then you don't have any right to get angry.

Patience with family is love, Patience with others is respect,

Lil Wayne

“You can’t compare any other artist out there to me,” the charismatic Lil Wayne rightfully declares. “They are them, I am me. Nobody can do what I can. I am the best at what I do and that’s everything.”

Lil Wayne is hip-hop’s biggest name, deadliest lyricist, the genre’s most flourishing touring act, one of the industry’s great successful label moguls and the most versatile, in demand performer in all of music. On August 29thLil Wayne releases the most anticipated LP of the past three years, Tha Carter IV on Cash Money/Universal Republic Records. Tha Carter IV as Weezy has aptly nicknamed the project is the explosive follow-up to his 2008 multi-platinum chart dominating classic Tha Carter III.  Tha Carter III, is widely regarded as one of the top rap albums of all-time, is the last hip-hop album to sell one million copies in its first week of release and spawned timeless hits such as “A Milli,” “Mrs. Officer,” and his first solo number one single “Lollipop.”

Like its predecessor, Tha Carter IV is unyielding in the amount of hits on its tracklist with songs such as‘6’7,” featuring Cory Gunz, “John,” “How To Love” and ‘She Will”  featuring Drake all in heavy rotation on radio and selling across the board on the singles charts. Guests on the new album include Jadakiss and Drake on “It’s Good,’ while T-Pain joins Lil Wayne on “How To Hate.” Rick RossBun BNas,Shyne and Busta Rhymes all round out the guest list. The latter three appear on the triumphant outro. “I wanted to make sure the LP went out with as much intensity as it begins with, so I assembled some of the best spitters in all of world to beat the track up,” Wayne says of his album’s ending.

The cast of the album’s producers feature rising stars such as Snizzy &  KenoWilly WillYoung Fyre,Megaman as well as acclaimed boardsmen Seandrae “Mr. Bangledesh” CrawfordPolow Da Don,Detail and Cool & Dre.

“I really just took my time on
this LP,” Wayne described. “There were a few different stages, different incarnations on Tha Carter IV. I had a version of the album that I recorded before I went to jail last year. Then when I came home, I decided to start over for the most part. I had so many new ideas, some new outlooks on things. I wanted to give the people my most up to date perceptions of the world and articulation of my life. At this point, I don’t think I need to say too much about what the quality of the album is going to be. Just know when you hear about anything named Carter, it’s going to be beyond special. My creativity knows no boundaries.”

Lil Wayne’s adventurous life started out in New Orleans, LA. He was born Dwayne Carter in the Uptown section of Hollygrove. Outside of his family, little Lil Wayne had two loves, sports and music. At age eight,Wayne, wrote his first rhymes and immediately had aspirations of being a professional MC. The next year,Wayne caught the attention of Cash Money Records Co-CEO Bryan “Birdman” Williams and his brotherRonald “Slim” Williams, who were just starting their musical empire independently and had gained a swell of support in their hometown.

The Williams brothers were loved for the music they were putting out.   Wayne, determined to follow his dream, approached the brothers one day in a record store with an attempt to catch the attention of his future mentors with his rhymes. Mission accomplished. Not only did Birdman like Weezy’s unique rapid fire style, and boldness in the way he delivered his raps, but the youngster’s audacious nature impressed the budding mogul. Wayne was immediately welcomed into the family and “adopted” as a son by the Williams brothers.  Two years later, at just 11, Wayne would release his first album True Story, a joint effort with label-mate B.G.

In 1997, B.G. and Wayne became a part of one the most influential and lauded hip-hop groups in the history of the culture, The Hot Boys. The foursome, which included Young Turk and Juvenile, not only initiated rap and fashion styles that are still influential today, but the collective, especially Wayne, introduced many slang words and phrases that grew to be a-part of today’s pop culture such as “Bling-Bling” and “Drop it like it’s hot.”

Wayne’s breakout from the group happened in 1999, when he released his classic solo debut Block is Hot. The record debuted at # 3 on the Billboard charts and went onto platinum success. After two more successful LPs, Lights Out (2000) and 500 Degreez (2002), Lil Wayne began to elevate from hip-hop superstar to being a genre breaking pop culture megastar which he cemented with rap’s most popular and successful series of albums ever, Tha Carter.

As a CEO, Wayne’s Young Money Entertainment has become the premier brand in music. No other company has been able to break the amount of new acts with the success of Wayne. His franchise players Drake and Nicki Minaj both became household names in 2010 when both of their LPs Thank Me Later and Pink Friday respectfully debuted at the top of the charts and went on to become multi-platinum.Wayne himself went multi-platinum last year, twice, despite being incarcerated for most of the year. The fans clamored for his releases Rebirth and I Am Not A Human Being.

Tha Carter series (Tha Carter in 2004, Tha Carter II in 2005, Tha Carter III in 2008) has seen Wayne, a  four time Grammy winner, elevate artistically and his status as the biggest name in music continues to grow. This year Lil Wayne alone was named one of Forbes Magazine’s top earning rap stars, Rolling Stone Magazine’s “Hip-Hop Kings,”  and he recently performed on MTV Network’s coveted and legendary “Unplugged” series.  “Every time you hear a Carter album, just know that it is a culmination of my life both musically and professionally up to that point. I’ve always been honest since my first recordings as a child, but on the Carters, I open up like never before and I feel like I’m at my most ferocious on the mic.”

Fabrice Muamba, for those who don't remember or know him, is the Bolton Wanderers midfielder who collapsed during a match ion the 17th of March this year, and his heart then stopped beating for 78 minutes. He spent four weeks in the hospital and doctors said his recovery was a miracle. Five months after the incident, he has been advised to quit football or good. Find the statement he released today after the cut...
Since suffering my heart attack and being discharged from hospital, I have remained utterly positive in the belief I could one day resume my playing career and play for Bolton Wanderers once again.
As part of my on-going recovery, last week I traveled to Belgium to seek further medical advice from a leading cardiologist. But the news I received was obviously not what I had hoped it would be and it means I am now announcing my retirement from professional football. While the news is devastating, I have much to be thankful for. I thank God that I am alive and I pay tribute once again to the members of the medical team who never gave up on me.
I would also like to thank everyone who has supported me throughout my career and the Bolton fans who have been incredible. I am blessed to have the support of my family and friends at this time."
I love the game and count myself very lucky to have been able to play at the highest level.

Malawian President Joyce Banda said on Wednesday her country will not “go to war” with Tanzania over a border dispute in Lake Malawi, now poised to become a new oil and gas frontier.
“Even if the diplomatic route fails, it does not necessarily mean we will go to war with our brothers and sisters in Tanzania because we can resort to other channels to solve the matter,” Banda told reporters in her first public reaction to the issue.
Tanzania wants a halt to oil exploration in the northeast part of the lake to pave way for talks to resolve the dispute.
The border dispute erupted after Malawi last year issued a licence to British firm Surestream Petroleum to prospect for hydrocarbons.
Banda came to power in April after the death of president Bingu wa Mutharika, whose administration awarded the license.
“Much as it is a well-known fact that the lake belongs to Malawi, we will engage our Tanzanian counterparts and resolve our differences diplomatically and amicably,” she said.
The Malawi leader said she was going to hold talks with her counterpart Jakaya Kikwete in Mozambique during the the two-day summit of the Southern African Development Community, which begins on Friday.
Tanzania claims a portion of the 29 600 square kilometer lake.
Malawi claims a colonial-era agreement dating from 1890 that stipulates the border between the two countries lies along the Tanzanian shore of the lake.
Surestream has been conducting an environmental impact assessment on the lake.
The two nations are set to hold talks on the disputed border in the northern Malawian town of Mzuzu on 20 August, two days after the Maputo summit.

NO WAR WITH TANZANIA, SAYS BANDA.

Dkt. Ulimboka, aliyerejea kutoka nchini Afrika Kusini, alikokuwa amekwenda kutibiwa, alisema ana siri nzito moyoni ambayo akiitoa, Watanzania watamuelewa tu.

Haters, without them, you wouldn't be here.
Fans, without them, you wouldn't be were you are.

Haters:

Having
Anger
Towards
Everyone
Reaching
Success

They are bullies, cuz a friend wouldn't say, "I hate you"ONLY a bully.
Everyone in there life gets bullied.
Stand up to them.
Tell them that you've had enough
You don't care if they say I hate you
Its there loss, they'll end up living alone, having to start their life all over again.
Finding a home in the park.
Like Justin Bieber said,
" I know there's sunshine beyond that rain, I know there's good times beyond that pain"
Why do you hate Justin bieber? Selena Gomez? They tried hard to live their dream, just like you would. You might say,
"If I were famous, I wouldn't care about haters"
But its not just 100 or 500, its like 100,000 1,000,000, but even more fans. You cant just shake it off, cuz its on twitter, facebook, youtube. Have mean people saying," I hate you" Like Harry Styles said, " I see 3 people say Your amazing, you don't say, 'why do they say i am amazing,' you guess they say that because they're fans, but then you see 1 that says,'i hate you,' then you ask,' why do you hate me? what did i do?'' he started CRYING!!!! HIS FEELINGS ARE HURT!! it hurts when someone is bullied. It feels like if someone wants you to stop living, its not nice, cuz if YOU were bullied you wouldn't like it, having to sit at loosing alone, crying at night, thinking,' why do they make me feel so sad, just because i am smart, or i am dumb, or even because of the way you dress, if you were being you, and someone said "nice shirt" and laughed, you know they're making you feel bad, that's when you say, "well i like this shirt, its my favoriote shirt, thank you very much' they will be annoyed, tell someone if it keeps going.
Don't let bully's win, good should ALWAYS win, not matter if super powers aren't real.
Words are your super power.

YOU HAVE THE POWER TO MAKE TOMORROW BETTER

Usher Raymond
