THE UNIVERSITY OF DODOMA
CERTIFICATE AND TRANSCRIPTS FOR -2012 COHORT GRADUATES
Be informed that Certificate & Transcripts for all those who graduated on 21st & 22nd November 2012 can now be collected from the Admission Office – Central Administration Block of the University of Dodoma beginning from 17th April, 2013 during the following hours, 10.am – 4pm Mondays - Fridays.
Certificate and Transcripts shall be issued in person when ONE has submitted the following documents:
1. A valid Photo Identity Card e.g. Employers ID/ Passport/ Vote Registration Card/Bank Card / New Driver License / Tanzania ID card.
2. Bank payment slip for Tshs. 15,000/= Transcript fees and an additional of Tshs. 5,000 for each certified true copy (if required) as per Senate endorsement. Payment should be made to CRDB – UDOM Acc. 0IJ1083343300.
3. Clearance from the Bursar’s Office indicating that you have paid all outstanding debts to the University.
